The Lake County Suicide Prevention Coalition is an initiative of the Lake County ADAMHS Board. We're a diverse group of folks who believe that suicide is a serious problem in Ohio, and in Lake County. We also share a commitment to doing what we can to reduce the incidence - as well as the devastating impacts - of suicide.

Chrysalis is a support group for our Lake County neighbors who are dealing with the grief, anger, guilt, and confusion that follows the suicide of a loved one. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the Worman Room at St. Andrew Church, located on Little Mountain Road just south of Johnnycake Ridge Road (Route 84) in Mentor.
