About the Coalition The Lake County Suicide Prevention Coalition is an initiative of the Lake County ADAMHS Board. We believe that suicide is a serious problem in Ohio, and here in Lake County. We also share a commitment to doing what we can to help reduce the incidence - as well as the devastating impacts - of suicide. There are three very specific things on our to-do list: Increase awareness that suicide is a serious public health and mental health problem in Lake County Reduce the stigma associated with suicide among our fellow Lake Countians Improve people's ability to seek and get help
